Cancellations & Other FAQ's

We strictly adhere to our Spa /Salon Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel or reschedule your Spa or Salon reservations, please let us know 24 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged for a scheduled treatment. Package cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any cancellations or changes made within less than the stated time frame will be charged.

Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 18 years of age or provide signed consent from an adult for services. Minors are permitted in the salon for services but must be accompanied by an adult. Minors are not permitted to wait while a parent participates in a service.

 

Reservations

We encourage you to schedule your appointments at least 4 weeks in advance to make sure the preferred treatments and services are available.
